The Warehouse is the first level of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. It is located in Woodland Hills, California. The level has become somewhat iconic due to its appearance in multiple Tony Hawk games.

Origin

Doesn't have any real world analog, however Woodland Hills is where Neversoft headquarters was located. In Pro Skater 1+2, it was relocated to Albany, New York, as that is where Vicarious Visions headquarters is located. In the Game Boy Advance version of THPS2, the Warehouse was located in Troy, New York, part of the Albany metropolitan area.

  • THPS2 - Warehouse appears as bonus level on PC. Looking same as in THPS1. Is also a regular level in the GBA verson.
  • MHPB - original Warehouse with a few textures replaced.
  • THPS2x - looking slightly different, was remodeled and retextured by Treyarch.
  • THPS3 - Warehouse appears as bonus level, slightly retextured, though differences from original are minor.
  • THUG - GBA version only, nearly the same as THPS2's GBA version, but with some slight tweaks.
  • THUG2 - called Training, Warehouse is drastically remodeled and retextured. An additional area was added and the platform to the left of the roll in ramps was replaced with a bowl.
  • THUG2 Remix - same as in THUG2.
  • THPSHD - drastically improved version of the original Warehouse.
  • THPS 1+2 - drastic visual improvements with the same layout as the original.

Trivia

  • In THPS2's GBA version Warehouse replaced Venice Beach, and shares the "Collect 5 Spray Cans" goal, and the infamous "secret" area is removed
  • THPS3's version of the level lacks several details comparing to the original. This includes the interactive objects (like boxes and barriers) and missing hook in the middle. Also player can skate the water in this version.
  • Source file of the Warehouse level can be found on the PS2 THPS3 CD. This file can be opened in any modern version of Autodesk 3ds Max.
  • THUG's GBA version is nearly identical to THPS2's GBA version, but has two major differences: The removal of the Big Rail, and the ability to Spine Transfer from the entryway to the QP's below, the only time this has ever been seen.
  • In THUG2's version(as Training), you can get on top of the "secret" area, and you can Sticker Slap what appears to be a crane hook.
