Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2X was developed by Treyarch and released on November 15, 2001 (only in the US and Canada) as an exclusive launch title for Microsoft's Xbox. The game contained remade versions of all the levels from the first two games in the Tony Hawk series, five new levels, a 4-player split screen and LAN multi-player feature and the ability to create females in Create-a-skater mode. Other new features include a redesigned user interface.

THPS2X includes every THPS1 level, every THPS2 level and 5 exclusive levels listed below:

Trivia

Some levels were partially reused later in both Underground titles (i.e. Hangar, Philadelphia).
THPSHD levels are based on THPS2X maps.
THPS2X uses detail texturing technique.
There is camera lens flare effect in the game. First Neversoft game that used this effect was THUG2.
THPS2X uses special technique to draw three-dimensional grass. This technique was poorly reused in THPS4.
