The Sewers is a game level featured in the PlayStation 1 version of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4.
This level alongside Little Big World (which was the other level exclusive to the PS1 version of THPS4), Carnival and Chicago did not reappear in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, making them the only four levels to not return in the remake.

- A gap in the sewers is "Bob is back!", referencing the return of Bob Burnquist in the Tony Hawk game series following his absence in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 due to being in another skateboarding video game that came out the same year, ESPN X Games Skateboarding.
- A gap "OI Chicago Skate Park" is obvious reference to similar gap in "Skate Park" from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
