Paulie "Wheels of Fury" Ryan is a ten year old skating "madman" that wears a LOSER cap and is in a wheelchair and body cast. He can still use his right arm and speak to people. Paulie ended up in a wheelchair after grinding on a woodchipper. In Tony Hawk's Underground 2, he joins the World Destruction Tour and ends up on Bam's team. Paulie was born in 1994 and is known for his foul language.
He can also be unlocked as a regular skater by completing Story Mode on Normal or by inputting the cheat code "4-wheeler". When you unlock him, he uses a skateboard instead of his wheelchair.
He is voiced by Jason Spisak and Ben Diskin.

During gameplay in Berlin, if you do a certain number of bails, he will act like a normal skater, using his wheelchair as a skateboard.
