Neversoft or Neversoft Entertainment is an American video game developer, founded in 1994 by Joel Jewett, Mick West and Chris Ward. The company was acquired by Activision in 1999.
Tony Hawk's franchise
Neversoft is best recognized for their line of Tony Hawk's skateboarding games, known as the Tony Hawk's series. Tony Hawk's Proving Ground was Neversoft's final Tony Hawk game that was going to go under Neversoft's development. The Tony Hawk franchise has been transferred to Robomodo.

Apocalypse
Apocalypse was a platformer game for PlayStation, which engine would be used later in THPS games for PS1.
Spider-man
Spider-man was in development at the same time with THPS2, that explains why Spider-man appears in THPS2 as a playable character. THPS2 logos can be seen in Spider-Man game in several places.
GUN
Released somewhere around THAW, it was a Neversoft's attempt to create something different. TPS game in western setting was unusual indeed, however the game wasn't very sucessful. It's the only Neversoft game that can be purchased in Steam.
Guitar Hero
Guitar Hero is a game series, which Neversoft moved to after "Tony Hawk's" era. It became very popular as well. A character from Guitar Hero is playable as an unlockable character in Tony Hawk's Proving Ground.
Call of Duty
Neversoft was involved in development of Call of Duty: Ghosts video game. A soldier from Call of Duty is also playable in Tony Hawk's Underground 2 as an unlockable character.
