James Alan Hetfield (born August 3, 1963) is the frontman and rhythm guitarist for thrash metal band Metallica. He appears as a downloadable skater alongside his bandmate Robert Trujillo in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, as part of the Revert DLC Pack. As part of the pack, the song "All Nightmare Long" from Metallica's 2008 album Death Magnetic is added.

- In 2013, James appeared in a promotional video for Vans alongside skateboarding legend Steve Caballero, where the latter toured the Metallica HQ.
