Harbor is a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 level that only appeared in the GBC version. It is the fourth racing stage, and is a fairly basic level, just like every level in the GBC version. With trucks, forklifts, pipes, girders, boxes, water hazards, ramps and buildings, this level is what it says; a harbor, nothing more.
