Girl's Picture refers to a cheat that can be entered in the Nintendo 64 port of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. When the cheat is activated, the screen will include a black and white picture of a random woman (with three total pictures able to be activated) that appears in the upper right-hand corner of the screen during gameplay and in the pause menu.
Speculated Origins[]
A long-standing rumor within the THPS community suggests that one of the pictures (which depicts a blonde woman, as shown on this page) is of Erin Lee, Tony Hawk's then-wife. However, there haven't been any confirmations to this rumor. In the special thanks section of the credits for Pro Skater 1, there is a shout out reading "Linda T.-I said I'd put you in a game somehow, so here you are!", leading to further speculation that one of the pictures belongs to Linda T.; this, however, has also never been confirmed. In a video with the YouTuber Oddheader, former Neversoft developer Ralph D'Amato, while stating he had no definitive answer to the inclusion of the pictures (due to not being involved with the development of the N64 port), postulated that the pictures were of either partners or spouses of members of the development team for Edge of Reality, who ported Pro Skater 1 to the N64.
