OpenSpy is a free alternative for the former GameSpy server.
What is it for[]
OpenSpy was developed to support online multiplayer for the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater Video Game Franchise. This includes THPS3, THPS4, THUG1, THUG2 and THAW. OpenSpy previously hosted the MOTD for Tony Hawk Games that were down due to removal of the official MOTD. But in the midst of GameSpy dissolving, OpenSpy was developed further to handle the entire server structure. This also helped support online play for a number of other GameSpy compatible games.

Below are a list of games that should be supported by OpenSpy. This list is not complete and other games will work as well.

What are the DNS servers to connect to? (PS2)[]
(NOTE: EA games work the best for creating your online configuration. So load up any EA game if you have one and create your online configuration that way.)
1) When your in the setup, look for the step that is set at 'Auto/Automatically' change it Manual, if it does not make 2 new options (Primary and Secondary DNS IP) then put it back to auto until you find the correct one.
2) Change the primary address to the following:
Primary DNS IP to: 24.104.226.56

Will my mods have to change? (THPS for PC)[]
Current mods will work with OpenSpy. However, To ensure that you have an uninterrupted connection to OpenSpy - here are a few backup MOTD's in the event that thmods.com is offline.
