T.H.U.D. is an unlockable character featured in Tony Hawk's Underground. T.H.U.D. can be unlocked by completing the Story Mode on the "Sick" difficulty or by inputting the cheat code "NOOO!!". T.H.U.D. is a based on the 1984 horror film known as "C.H.U.D.". In the movie, "C.H.U.D." is acronym for "Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller", in Tony Hawk's Underground, "T.H.U.D." is believed to be the acronym for "Tony Hawk's Underground Dweller". In the Neversoft logo for Tony Hawk's Underground,T.H.U.D eats Eric, and all that is left is his skeleton.

- If the player went to the menu after using T.H.U.D., the Underground logo will say "It Came From The... Underground".
