Eric Koston (born April 29, 1975) is a Thai-American professional skateboarder who grew up in San Bernardino, California.
Eric is featured in the video games, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, Tony Hawk's Underground, Tony Hawk's Underground 2, Skate 2, Skate 3, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.
Career[]
In 1992, Koston first got sponsored by the "101 Team", and moved to Los Angeles, CA. He officially turned pro in 1993 when he joined the "H-Street Team". Koston was most known for his amazing Nollie-based and switch-based skills that seemed impossible during that time. His career has been highlighted by his 1st place in the 2000 Globe World Contest, X Games and Gravity Games, his 1st place win in the 2002 Gravity Games Street, and his 1st place in the 2003 X Games Street Competition, X Games Global Championship and Gravity Games. He was named ESPN Action Sports and Music Awards Skateboarder of the Year in both 2001 & 2002. Koston was in Yeah Right, and Mouse, both a Girl skateboard film, "Fully Flared", a Lakai skateboard film. and "éS Menikmati", a éS Footwear Film.[1] In 2007, Eric and another pro skater and his longtime friend, Steve Berra, established the Berrics, a skate park and also a project dedicated for Street Skateboarder around LA. From there, some series like Battle of the Berrics (the competitive SKATE contest, held by them), Do A Kickflip (a series where Eric and the Pros hunting down many people who can and can't skate doing a Kickflip) and Battle Commander (the exclusive Pro Showcase in the Berrics) become famous in internet.

- As stated in éS "Menikmati", If Eric decided to stay in Bangkok rather live in US, he could be find some jobs as Buddha Monk or even a Muay-Thai boxer.
- In Owen Wilson's part of Girl "Yeah Right", Eric is taking part as Owen's double (though this part wasn't credited in the end).
