Elissa Beth Steamer (born July 31, 1975), is a American professional skateboarder. She is a playable Skater that debuted in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater up to Tony Hawk's Underground. She would return to the series for the first time in 16 years in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 and subsequently returned in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.
Until Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins debuted in Tony Hawk's Project 8, Elissa Steamer was the only playable female Pro Skater in the series.

- In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, her age is "undisclosed".
- Elissa Steamer was the first female skater ever to be featured in the Tony Hawk series.
- The player cannot dress Steamer in some clothes like skirts and tank tops, even though they are available for female CAS.
- Elissa Steamer is one of the five original skaters that did not made a appearance in any Tony Hawk games since the first five games until Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2, along with Kareem Campbell, Rune Glifberg, Bucky Lasek, and Jamie Thomas.
- In a 2020 interview with Jeff Grosso,[1] Elissa came out as "queer", retroactively making her the first LGBTQ+ skater to appear in the Tony Hawk's series. She would be followed by Jason Ellis, Vanessa Torres, Leo Baker and Margielyn Didal.
- Elissa is one of three skaters, including Rune Glifberg and Geoff Rowley, to not have sponsored decks in THPS3; in Elissa's case, she was previously sponsored by Toy Machine in THPS1 and THPS2, but left the team in between the releases of THPS2 and 3.
