Birdman is an unlockable character in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.
To unlock Birdman, first complete the "Wallplant the Multiball Targets" goal on the Pinball stage. After completing the goal, purchase the Strange Feathers from the Secrets Shop for $5,000 and doing so will unlock Birdman.
